Welcome, Beta Testers — Here's How This Works

Hey everyone — and welcome to the SkyLogic Ops beta community.

You're looking at the first 10 people to use this software, which means you have real influence over what it becomes. We built this forum so your feedback has a direct line to us and to each other.

Here's what we're asking of you:

Test hard. Push every feature, every button, every edge case. Try to break it. If you find something that doesn't work right, that's not a failure — that's exactly what we need to know.

Report bugs in the Bugs & Issues category. Please include:

• What you were doing (steps to reproduce)
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Browser and OS if it seems relevant

Ask questions in Questions & How-To. No question is too basic. If you're confused about something, someone else is too — and your question becomes our documentation.

Request features in Feature Requests. Tell us what you wish the product could do. Upvote each other's ideas — the most-requested features go to the top of our roadmap.

Share feedback in SkyLogic Ops Feedback. What's working? What's frustrating? What would make your daily workflow better? Be honest — we can take it.

A few ground rules:

• Be respectful. We're all here to make something great.
• Don't share sensitive operational data (customer info, flight details, etc.) in public posts.
• If something is urgent or security-related, email wesley@skylogicdrones.com directly rather than posting here.

What happens next:
We'll be active in this forum daily, responding to your posts, answering questions, and shipping fixes based on what you report. Major updates will be posted in Announcements — check there first if something changes.
